Nice location and good benefits & perks (on paper). From the policies, I feel the leadership team does care a lot about employees.
The office buildings are all beach houses, which is completely unprofessional. It looks great on paper, but working in a beach house is not a good experience.
What's written on paper is not what's actually being executed.

Company culture is bad. I feel like I'm living in a lie all the time. Management says one thing while meaning the complete opposite. There is no transparency at all. I think 95%+ are committed to the company only because of the RSU equity, and everyone I've talked to has admitted the company culture is speed and lies.
