Front End Developer Interview Experience - San Mateo, California

Process

I had two phone rounds, one of which was a no-show. They then scheduled it again. The process is very lengthy.

After that, I had an onsite call with three interviews back-to-back:

  • One was an easy algorithm, followed by HTML/CSS.
  • The second was with the manager.
  • The third involved drawing a layout of cards.

The major problem I observed was the lack of diversity on the interview panel, which was a red flag for me.
