Process
I was connected to a recruiter through a friend. After agreeing on a date and time, the recruiter called an hour and a half after our agreed-upon time slot, with no voicemail or follow-up message.
The next day, I messaged them to set up a new time, and again, they chose a time. I never received a call or message from the recruiter about missing our time slot.
This is not a good look for the recruitment team.
