The process was too long.
There were 7 or 8 interviews. HR is slow.
Processes are not too mature. The process involved a phone screen, a few technical interviews, then more technical interviews, and finally a last one. The last interview, which was supposed to be a general discussion, also turned into a technical interview.
Questions
Mainly CV-related. All interviewers were good except for one. He didn't really have the skills to speak. His questions were like a middle school viva exam.
