A code test with three algorithm code challenges.
Two technical interviews, each came with an algorithm challenge on Codepad.
I was stuck at the first technical interview and took a long time debugging to solve the challenge, while I passed and satisfied any further optimization demands smoothly at the second interview.
I got the rejection three weeks later.
