Solution Architect Interview Experience - Dallas, Texas

Process

Technical, cultural, and mock presentation were the three phases of my interview.

The mock presentation was the most irritating round. They sent the agenda but didn't want to walk through all the slides. They should have deleted it from the agenda, but they didn't. Individuals on the panel didn't know how to architect TBs of data. They kept asking stupid questions, not expecting a logical response but rather the one they already knew.

Advice to Snowflake: Please appoint knowledgeable members to the panel. Ask logical questions and see if the applicant can address the problem. Do not ask "why it is done in this manner," even if the applicant claims it is the regulatory policy.
