Very cool, but sometimes it's too much
There is always interesting work. You can learn a lot from other people. Good pay and benefits. You can grow if you put in the effort and you have a nice manager.
Sometimes it feels like there are unrealistic expectations from the product management side.
Sometimes getting help from other teams/people is complicated. It can feel like that anywhere, I guess.
Product definition is sometimes not clear, or priorities change too often. Some processes are too bureaucratic, and reviews can be slow.
