Tons of very interesting work. A very loved product. Lots of impact to some very big customers. A great team to work with. Leadership is very in-tune with the tech and the market. Strong performers are rewarded. Pays quite well. The work culture is intense but also respectful of boundaries.
It's a large company, so there is some red tape. They are making this better, though!
