The engineering team consists of many bright people, which gives an employee the opportunity to learn a lot. As this is still a relatively small company, everyone can make an impact. The work culture is great, and people treat each other with respect. Employees also have enough freedom to achieve a great work-life balance. Management typically reacts very well to negative feedback.
The office is open space and often loud, which makes it sometimes hard to concentrate during work. The company does not pay into the 401(k).
