Overall product architecture and product are solid. Great benefits and compensation.
The codebase is very difficult to work with. It's hard to deliver something in a reasonable time.
Quarterly planning and performance evaluations prevent long-term thinking and operational improvements.

I only got through the OA process. Probably the hardest OA I have taken. Make sure you prep your DSA well. I need to hit a 30-word minimum in order to review other posts.
Backend Engineer
The interview process was okay. Despite answering both coding questions, completing tests, and providing explanations, I did not move forward. The recruiter also did not provide feedback. It would be great if feedback is provided, which would help

2 tech rounds, 1 managerial round. Tech rounds can be back to back. An online coding platform will be used, where you could be asked multiple questions to be coded. Overall, a difficult phase with medium to hard LeetCode-style questions.
