Small company/team overall, highly skilled colleagues, flexible hours, and a great atmosphere.
Company culture is slightly heading downhill because of the new CEO's pre-IPO actions (cutting costs, hiring freeze, etc.). Still better than most Silicon Valley companies, though.

Pretty tough. The OA was three LeetCode hards, consisting of DP/backtracking. Then I had two back-to-back technical interviews, which were once again LeetCode hards and pretty challenging. The interviewers were also stone cold and distant throughout
