A complete waste of time. I've dealt with my fair share of companies wasting my time, but Snyk takes the cake!

It has been almost a month since their team progressed my application, yet I have only had one scheduled interview apart from the initial screening call. I experienced a lot of contradictory information (I still have no idea how the recruitment process takes place), emails that went unanswered for days or asked questions already covered in the screening call, and interviews that either had broken links and were impossible to join or were canceled after they scheduled them themselves. It's clear that they have no regard for their candidates' time and interest in their company.

After they scheduled the following interview on the same day they sent the invite without even consulting me, I decided to end this nonsense for the sake of my mental health. I notified them I would withdraw from the process without adding any feedback or information on why I took that decision, because they convinced me they did not care.

In their reply (which shockingly was the quickest reply I have ever gotten from them), they did not even ask me for any feedback. This lack of interest gives you a clear insight into how little they prioritize their recruitment process to provide candidates with a smooth experience.

It's a shame because their product seems great, and the people who had the fortitude to endure this never-ending process appear to enjoy themselves.

The same basic questions of "How would you?" or "How did you do?" were met with an "mhm" and a nod.
