I applied online. The process took 4 weeks.

It's a lengthy process as the designation demanded it:

• 9 interview persons
• 7 rounds
• 3 written tests and coding tests
• Took 1 month long

They will conduct all the rounds together and take decisions. The reason they are saying is unbiased selection. But still, some interview person's feedback matters and so the decision (which made other rounds a waste of time). They could have split up into two stages as crucial interview persons in the first stage and for the second. If you have more time up to 10hrs to spend then take it up.
