It started when the recruiter found my application for a different position I had applied for. We talked and had two phone calls; one was just to see if I was interested, and the second was a screening.

Then, it moved forward to a phone call with the hiring manager. It felt more like a conversation than an interview, and I really enjoyed it.

But then came the wait. It took a while to coordinate the next steps, but finally, I had an onsite interview and a skills test. When all was said and done, it took a little longer to hear back and to get the offer together. But we got there, and things worked out.
