This is the worst company I've ever interviewed with.
I cleared the OA with 100% test cases passing for both coding questions. The recruiter said they would be moving forward and scheduling the onsite. After two days, instead of getting the onsite interviews, I received another tech screening.
I gave it the benefit of the doubt and still interviewed for the screening. My interview went pretty well. I solved the question optimally, covered all test cases, and answered all technical questions. The interviewer also seemed happy.
One week later, the recruiter called me and said, "There were issues with the HackerRank system, and so it was passing test cases, so unfortunately, we are not moving forward."
When I gave the OA, I solved both questions, and there were some tests that failed initially, and I had to fix all of them. So how is it possible the system had issues?
I had read so many rumors that they only take people who are from Amazon or Microsoft. It really says more about the company and its culture. A highly disappointing and unprofessional experience.
Q: String parsing and frequency-related questions.
