They would send out LeetCode-style online assessments, but unfortunately, I did not pass that round.
I am unsure about other interview rounds beyond the online assessment.
I found the online assessment to be quite reasonable, but I was not understanding the questions quite well. In hindsight, they were relatively easy.

Pros: Great culture, especially in engineering. Strong leadership at the top gives confidence that there is still a lot of future growth for the business ahead of us.
Cons: The pace of execution, while faster than other financial institutions, is slightly slower than some of the other tech companies out there.
