Cons: Can feel like a startup depending on the team. No 401K matching. Benefits are all right.

Pros: When the initial role I applied for closed, the recruiter took the time to match me with another team for the Software Engineer position and supported me throughout the interview process. I really appreciated that. Since joining, the team has been fantastic, and I’ve been learning a lot. Everyone’s been welcoming, collaborative, and eager to help. I’m currently contributing to a new greenfield initiative, which has been an exciting opportunity to build something from the ground up. Overall, a great experience so far!

Cons: Overall good, nothing major to call out.

Pros: Culture is great - extremely collaborative and nurturing for employees to grow in their careers as software engineers. Leadership Team is top-notch - highly competent, laser-focused on executing the vision of Sofi being the "AWS of Fintech". Engineering - Top-notch engineering talent from FAANG companies, lots of growing pains to solve, new product launches, etc.
