Pay is decently competitive, and lots of ex-Amazon engineers recently joined, so you will be surrounded by really smart people.
No positive company culture. Extremely cutthroat and no transparency. You could be let go without any warning or second chances. Be advised that your measurable output is everything.
Try to be a little more forthcoming when it comes to performance and such.
