Pretty amazing benefits. Coworkers were awesome people.
They grew too fast and hired a lot of self-interested upper management who don't know what they're doing. They all want to prove something, so each time a new person comes in, it's a full shift to "what we did at [previous company]". Most people above a direct manager are trying to climb the ladder (VP, director, etc.) and will do so at the expense of others. Quite a few direct managers are doing the same.
They have great benefits, but they believe with these golden handcuffs, they can treat you poorly and you'll stay.
There is a general air of negativity (some teams are fine), but there is a lot of complaining about how people are treated/managed, and those complaints fall on deaf ears.
If you're looking for career growth, this is not the place. They hire friends, promote unqualified people, and reward the best suck-ups and "yes" people.
The benefits are not worth the drain on your happiness.
Stop pretending like you know everything and actually listen to others. You have a lot of very unhappy employees and very negative reputations in the engineering field. Want to attract and keep talent? Treat them with dignity and respect, and don't treat them like replaceable cogs in a machine.
