Great people, great direction
This is the smartest group of people I've ever worked with, but the egos are still low. The company is headed in the right direction. The CEO really knows his stuff, is down to earth, and is easy to talk to. I'm enjoying the challenging work, and the perks are the best I've ever had.
With the rapid growth and rapid hiring, things can be slightly chaotic. You do have to take care of yourself and make sure you ask for the things you need. For me, that included getting enough work to keep me busy at first. No major cons so far.
