Good benefits. Fellow engineers are great; there's lots of people who enjoy helping others grow. Pay is very good for Helena.
Very top-heavy with managers of managers of managers, etc. Transitioning from startup to solid business is not going well for engineers due to overloaded management and too little investment in engineers. The company is more likely to hire someone to fill a higher position than to promote someone already here. Promotions are very political. The company doesn't seem very interested in expanding the Helena office anymore.
Stop hiring managers and hire people that actually do work. Recognize that the people you have are more beneficial to you than someone unfamiliar with the company.
