Freedom to innovate and try new tech. You have as much control over your roadmap and destiny as you want. Conversely, if you don't push for it, you won't get it. It feels like a really mature engineering org.
Because we are a heavily regulated industry, there is also a mountain of compliance work. This is very unsexy, but compulsory to maintain a good customer experience.
