Old team was really good. New team is very disorganized and doesn't seem to care about the code they put out as much as my old team did. It's pretty discouraging.
Seems like there is a fair amount of politics. Maybe it's just within this new team, however, my old team didn't have as much of that. I understand that with each company, there will probably be some sort of politics involved. However, this is people's livelihood. I think that type of thing should be left out. It makes people not want to show up and give their all.
Hire better product people. Product often underestimates the ask and complexity of what they want to push.
