Good compensation.

Great level of support and mentorship.
Work was challenging enough to allow interns to learn without putting too much pressure.
Useful sessions were arranged for interns to learn from senior management.
Fun events every now and then.
There could have been more tasks planned for interns to do.
Task assignments during the internship could also have been more structured, with varying levels of difficulty based on how quickly the intern gets through the tasks.
