Graduate Developer Interview Experience - Baile Átha Luain, Ireland
Process
When applying for the role as a Graduate Java Developer, it was stated that upon getting the role, the candidate would be put through the SCJP exam. The questions for the skills test were taken directly from the SCJP book. One of the interviewers kept asking questions relating to hardware, which I was not expecting, and asked questions which I thought were very unfair due to the nature of the role.
