Quite straightforward. I sent an email to the responsible recruiter, and the next day I got a call from that recruiter. I had a phone screening session where she asked me about what I like to do and my availability. She explained the tasks for the position I applied for and asked me to give my thoughts about it.

Pros: Good environment with low pressure from management.
Have many activities like football tournaments and visits to an orphanage.
The company is also well-known worldwide and quite stable.
Cons: Have overtime for a flat rate (RM10 per hour) and a low salary for fresh graduates (RM2500). The allowance is also just for transportation (RM150). Many bosses expect us to stay late to do work. For me, it is not work-life balance.

Pros: Normal workloads depend on the section. Standard salary increments and two bonuses in a year are provided. Employees are usually off on time and a company event can foster bonding with employees and their families.
Cons: Low basic salary and fewer employee benefits. The company has slow innovation compared to current technology and undergoes many stages of design checking before productivity. It is not a company that adapts quickly to technology trends.
