Cons: Hope that they provide permanent jobs for testers too.

Pros: Nice working environment here. There is a canteen. No need to buy food from outside.

Cons: Work-life balance depends on which department you are working in.

Pros: Good projects and latest technologies to work with. Have events to showcase one's talent. Free lunch only on Saturday if you come to the office. Have their cab service, but an employee has to pay.

Cons: 70% of the work strength is contractual. Such a huge brand, but it hardly gives any privilege to the employees. Unfortunately, my team was horrible, with a similar kind of manager. But, to be honest, other managers I knew were nice. The team had members from a particular community, and they used to discuss in their own language within the meeting. I had no clue what was decided in the meeting. When they thought this needed to be conveyed to me, then they discussed it in English. There is around a 1% chance of absorption. They don't even think before the termination of an employee who had been serving for 7 years. Cab price is more for contractors and less for Sony employees.
