Good place to start learning on how engineers work. Fair salary (Fresh 2.5k). 2 times bonus per year. High chances to travel overseas (I myself have gone to Japan for new model study). Have OT. Multinational company. After 1 year of experience, it's easier to grab a chance to work with other companies.
Low increment rate. Overload with work. Too much responsibility (too much work affects your work qualities).
Sony Mechanical Engineers deserve a better salary.
