A very diverse atmosphere with a lot of nationalities working in the office. The technical level of the employees is very high, and there are still many challenges to be resolved.
Cultural differences and a lack of knowledge of English impose some challenges in communication, which require a learning process to deal with.
This is a great company to work in and has a lot of interesting opportunities, but it's not always very clear what the worldwide structure of the organization is for Software Engineers working in one single office.

Apply to the official website of the structure, not the main one. HR call. You do an online assignment. Then you go to the site for an interview where you are asked attitudinal questions.
Engineering Intern
The manager is very friendly and straight to the point. They asked about my background, why I could fit the position, and introduced the job. The whole process took about an hour, and I received an offer within a week.

It was good. It initially started with my work, then shifted to the technical side of things. Mostly, questions were from the CV and basic domain knowledge. You should be well-versed in whichever domain you are asked about.
