Frankly speaking, I didn't find anything good here.
Here, managers are the real threat to employees because they'll put you in the pressure cooker, even on weekends. When you get into projects, no one will help because, most of the time, completing their own tasks is a difficult job.
If you're planning to join this company, make sure you're ready to sacrifice your personal life. Stretching working hours is quite common here. You have to work a minimum of 11-12 hours every day, or you'll fail to complete your targets.
There is no learning at all. If you're joining under a different payroll, then you'll be having few checkpoints. Here, you have to prove yourself, and only then will you be moved to work on projects; otherwise, they'll throw you out for sure.
Adding to it, the cafeteria is very bad, where no food is good. They'll never treat you like humans.
Treat your employees as humans, please.
