Samaghama activity is good for permanent employees. Employees are very friendly. Training is good, but there's no lab to practice.
They don't treat contractors well. They show too much partiality towards contractor employees. The food in the cafeteria is the worst. There are no indoor activities.
Get some good projects and hire techie managers who can strongly speak to clients when the offshore team needs support.
