I have not seen any pros. While Sony employees get screwed. Some say leaving Sony is almost dying! I faced a lot of problems. For some employees who work in core technology areas, they feed drugs indirectly and do negative counseling. They screw exiting employees' minds like hell. Worst place to work I have ever seen.

Please don't do negative counseling to some of the exiting employees who work in core technical areas.
