The work atmosphere is great and suited for advanced software engineers. There is a lot of high talent to learn from, and it is required to always be up to date on the latest technologies as the platform is ever-evolving.
Work-life balance is great. You may want to work overtime from time to time, especially if on a contract, but overall you would feel happy.
Have not observed any issues and can't name any cons.
