Very nice place to work, even in stressful times. Very friendly people and management.
Lots of dead weight - employees have a very varying degree of competence. Slow decision process, slow process overall.
It might benefit SE to be a bit tougher. Sure, it was a nice place to work, but a tougher attitude internally might be needed when facing competitors like Apple and HTC.
