No reason to work here for good people. If you are an idiot, [it's the] ideal place for you!
Even after 3 years of working in Sony, Tokyo, I haven't found a single employee who likes to work at Sony. Everyone hates Sony, but nobody ever says anything because HR will blackmail employees to quit Sony. I had the worst experience with this company, and I recommend anyone with a good brain not to join this company and to look for more innovative and fast-growing groups.
The engineering team is dumb, and the management is horrible. This is a company of followers, and they will make you a follower. This company cheats employees, treats them like slaves, and blackmails them to get what they want. Sony sucks!

Close the company, you are not doing any good to this world anymore!
