Interview by a senior engineer and a manager. Questions were about previous projects, video codec internals, and C programming. Moderate complexity with some logical questions. Interviewers were very friendly and had good knowledge of the subject.

It was good. It initially started with my work, then shifted to the technical side of things. Mostly, questions were from the CV and basic domain knowledge. You should be well-versed in whichever domain you are asked about.

Telephonic discussion followed by two face-to-face discussions. The hiring appears to happen only through consultancies, and the interview applicants were not respected at all. The company needs to train both the HR and the managers on treating inter
