Three interviews. The first two interviews are technical. If you pass them, you get an HR interview and then get an offer. Very nice people. You get an answer either way.

Telephone and face-to-face. In face-to-face, there are a lot of questions about my interests outside of work and whether I like broadcasting and know the technology around this. They are after an all-rounder that can be moulded. The focus is more on

Interview by a senior engineer and a manager. Questions were about previous projects, video codec internals, and C programming. Moderate complexity with some logical questions. Interviewers were very friendly and had good knowledge of the subject.
