Sony has some of the best studios to offer the inspiring artist or producer. Many chances are given to those who can wait.
The downside is the lack of promotions to move on and make something of myself. Perhaps a smaller-based company would be better.
Promote better. Let the smaller guys show you what they can do for themselves. Maybe they have ideas and people that can make it a better place.
