I submitted my resume online in the morning, and they contacted me via email later that same day asking to schedule a phone interview. I replied with my available times the next day, and they scheduled the phone interview within the next three or so

The interview started with a call with the recruiter. I then had a meeting with 3 members of the hiring team at the studio. After the meeting, I was contacted by the recruiter with an offer!
