I was contacted within several days of my initial application.

The process began with an HR phone screen where I discussed some of my past work experiences and my reasons for wanting to join SoundHound.

This was followed by a second, more technical, phone screen, which involved diving a bit more deeply into my work experience and also solving a straightforward coding problem over coderpad.io.

After the phone screens, I was invited on-site for a full round of interviews. This consisted of meeting several people over the course of 5 hours.

Everyone I met with was very friendly, and the interviews themselves felt like a two-way discussion. There were also several coding problems that I needed to solve, again using coderpad.io.

Overall, I had a good experience interviewing at SoundHound. I appreciated the fact that the interview process was very thorough and sought to ensure that I would be a good fit for the team that I would be joining.
