Senior Software Engineer Interview Experience - India

Process

Had a total of 3 rounds of discussion.

1st round: Screening (with Principal Engineer + Manager).

2nd round: Technical discussion (gave some programs to debug, gave some problem statements to write code, asked output of code, etc.).

3rd round: Similar to the second round. It was taken by someone from EU/US. Pretty basic stuff on coding, dwelling on the current project.

To be honest, it seemed like child's play, and I wondered if they were really interviewing for a senior role.

At the end, I got a rejection mail.

I asked for the reason; no response from HR.

Maybe it's kind of a shadow (fake) company.
