An HR specialist called about two weeks later and said I would move on to the next interview. He stated he would also call back after the second interview to let me know if I was moving forward or not in the selection process.
It's been about two months, and I've heard nothing. I've emailed him twice and have been ghosted.
This is very unprofessional. If you can't take the time to at least reply to an email with a "thanks, but no thanks," it's a sign of huge unprofessionalism.
