I went through a 45-minute phone interview with the hiring manager within about a week of applying.
While the role itself seemed more focused on improving manufacturing processes and industrial engineering, I was asked many mechanical engineering and physics trick questions and thought experiments that did not seem relevant to the day-to-day role.
