Nothing about the process felt well-scheduled. I was never asked about my skills, only what I knew about SpaceX.
The recruiter claimed to have called one day, but then I had to email to reschedule two weeks later.
The interviewer only asked what I knew about SpaceX, nothing pertaining to the job, my skills, or possible fit. The four-minute call seemed rushed.

Pros: Exciting projects. You learn a lot in so little time. Decent teammates most of the time. Awesome stock options and onsite food options.
Cons: Depending on the group, work intensity and hours have gotten worse in recent years, and upper management's decision making can be quite poor.
