Awful experience.
I was called out of the blue to ask technical questions. When I said I was driving and asked to reschedule, I was told no.
The questions were vague, and the answers she had were incorrect. She had no technical background, so she could not defend her assumptions.

Cons: Long hours can be challenging if you don’t have a good manager or understanding partner.
Stocks are good.
Vacation starts with 3 weeks a year.
On-site food is not bad.
Sabbatical at 5 years.

Pros: Exciting projects. You learn a lot in so little time. Decent teammates most of the time. Awesome stock options and onsite food options.
Cons: Depending on the group, work intensity and hours have gotten worse in recent years, and upper management's decision making can be quite poor.
