Process
I spoke with representatives during a university career fair, and received a phone interview four weeks later with a manager.
The interview was simple, covering my resume and experience, along with some technical questions.
I then had a second phone interview with another engineer in the same department. This interview lasted approximately one hour and was very technical. We discussed what was on my resume in detail.
Be ready to have in-depth knowledge of what's on your resume and link it to how it will be useful at SpaceX. In other words, know what you are talking about; no hand-waving.
