Integration and Test Engineer Interview Experience - Brownsville, Texas

Process

There were two screens: one with a recruiter and one with an engineer.

I applied for multiple roles and was assigned two different recruiters. After contacting the first, the second recruiter ghosted me.

I was able to switch to the role that was a "better fit".

The recruiter's technical questions seemed to "prepare" me for the real thing.

The second screen was also positive. In general, the recruiter was responsive to questions until they "rejected" me.

I knew it was over when they stopped emailing for about a week. The usual turnaround time for scheduling next calls was 1-2 days. However, I didn't receive an official rejection for over a month, which felt a bit bogus.

Questions

Cantilever beam questions relating length, cross-section, modulus to deflection, natural frequency, etc.
