I made it through four phone interviews.
Two of the interviews were with the recruiting agent. The other two interviews were with a senior and lead engineer of the department. The engineers asked about technical questions, while the recruiter asked more personal questions.

Pros: Everyone was too busy to help you learn anything, and Elon was coked up selling rides around the moon which we could never pull off. I quit pretty quick.
