I went through three quick phone interviews.

The first was with a generic recruiter who gave me a nine-question technical screening (general mechanical engineering questions, materials, stresses, etc.).

From there, my information was passed along to a manager at another location who conducted another quick, entirely technical phone interview.

I received a call for a third interview, very similar to the second, with a different manager at the same location.

After the third interview, I was ghosted.
