This was a pretty standard interview. There were a few targeted technical questions, but most of the questions were regarding previous experiences. The interview process involved multiple rounds with different people at the same level. Some of these interviewers would not be part of the hiring team.

The initial HR rounds are hit or miss. They depend on how closely your answer to the so-called "technical question" matches the "ideal answer" the HR person has been given. If you take a different approach to answering, even if your logic and conclusion are correct, they consider that a fail.
